Biography: IIllestpreacha

Kofi Oduro (illestpreacha) is an Experiential Storyteller that transforms sounds, images, data, words & code into experiences that nurtures discussion, reflection & interaction. He creates & designs through his decade plus involvement in performance, event and audiovisual production. His artistic practice is an observation of the world around us that he puts into artworks for others to relate to or disagree with. Through Videography, Poetry and Creative Coding, He tries to highlight the realms of human performance and the human mind in different scenarios. These situations can be described as social, internal, or even biological, which we face in our everyday lives. Adding music and visuals often helps to perceive one's own feelings, and to highlight the different subtleties that make us human.

Biography: Mari Moura & Joenio M. Costa

My name is Mari Moura. I’m a black Brazilian performer artist interested in the relationship between body and technology in tangible space and cyberspace. I'm Artist and Researcher in Performance Art, activist for the presence of black women in Art and Technology. I'm interested in the relationship between art, the body, algorithmic patterns and technology in tangible space and cyberspace, together with visual arts, live coding and body notation. I'm PhD in Visual Arts in the Art and Technology research line at UNB, with a sandwich doctorate in Paris V at the Institut des sciences du sport-santé de Paris V Me chamo Joenio Marques da Costa, sou estudande de Doutorado em Ciência da Computação na Universidade Federal da Bahia(UFBA), trabalho atualmente como Engenheiro de Software para Pesquisa (Research Software Engineer) na pataforma CorTexT, sou também apoiador do Software Livre (Free Software), desenvolvedor Debian, instrutor The Carpentries, embaixador do Software Heritage e co-criador junto com Mari Moura do laboratório 4two.art de pesquisa, criação e experimentação em arte, ciência e tecnologia.
